At its simplest, Pathfinder is a ‘thinking’ and ‘coaching’ tool that helps to make sense of the forces that are attracting us to our goals and the forces that are keeping us from achieving them. In this form it is a highly intuitive and practical tool that is now being used by numerous consultants, facilitators and business managers around the world to drive higher performance in teams and projects.
But it is potentially much, much more than that.
Pathfinder is a distillation of the most powerful techniques and ideas that I have learned from a decade of research into some of the most extraordinary teachers from around the world, whose ideas embrace a vast landscape of traditions and philosophies.
I have made it my purpose to bring these concepts alive for busy, successful people who are living in the real and demanding world of the 21st century.
